Shipping policy
At charm, our goal is to get your comfort delivered to your door as quickly and securely as possible. We partner with South Africa’s most trusted logistics providers to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification email containing your tracking information when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
To provide the best possible service across South Africa, we fulfill our orders using The Courier Guy and Buffalo Logistics.
Once dispatched, standard delivery times are:

Gauteng: 1 - 3 business days

Other Provinces (Major Centers): 2 - 4 business days

Regional & Outlying Areas: 3 - 5 business days
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, load shedding affecting logistics hubs, or other unforeseen carrier delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link to track your package directly on either The Courier Guy or Buffalo tracking portal.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier's system.
5. International Shipping
At this time, charm only ships within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@trycharm.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building security before reaching out to our support team.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
charm is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.
